These Terms and Conditions only apply to College events booked via Humanitix.

All events and activities booked via Parent Lounge Events and Payments are subject to the specific terms and conditions provided for each event.

Event Cancellation:

• Events may be cancelled at the discretion of the College, by an authorised College representative.
• Events that are scheduled to run outdoors are subject to wet weather conditions and/or construction and therefore may be cancelled with minimal notice from the College.
• Events held outside the College (ie. at an external venue) are subject to the event cancellation/reschedule policies of that venue. The College will advise ticket holders of an event cancellation or reschedule once advice has been received from the outside venue in writing.

Event Rescheduling:

• Events may be rescheduled at the discretion of the College, by an authorised College representative.
• Appropriate communications will be issued in a timely manner via appropriate channels to advise of the event being rescheduled.
• In the circumstance that rescheduled events cannot be attended by an individual, paid tickets will be refunded in full.
• In the circumstance that events are rescheduled by the College, paid tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date. In certain circumstances, paid tickets may be refunded, and tickets re-released for sale for the rescheduled date.

Ticket Refunds:

• In the circumstance that events are cancelled by the College, paid tickets will be refunded in full and appropriate communications will be issued in a timely manner via appropriate channels.
• Once confirmed, your ticket and any transaction fee will not be refunded or exchanged, except as provided for in these Terms and Conditions or as required by law.

Ticket Allocations:

• In the circumstances of an event being sold out, the College or authorised representative will update Humanitix and commence a waitlist for interested parties.
• In the occurrence of a ticket being refunded, the College or authorised representative may reallocate the ticket to waitlisted parties.
• Event tickets are not guaranteed for any events marked as sold out or for waitlisted parties.
• Event tickets re-issued to waitlisted parties are subject to the ticket refund statement.
• In the event a ‘seat’ has been selected for a specific event, the College may change a seating allocation at their discretion and advise the ticket holder in writing, in a timely manner.
