This evening is an essential for students looking to pursue a future in the arts or creative industries and their parents. Join us as we explore future possibilities, tackle difficult questions, and provide creative students and their families with the information necessary to make well-informed decisions.

The panel will feature diverse and expert voices including –

Deb Bauer – Creative director and founder of Urban Metal, one of the country’s leading decorative screening companies

Professor Elisabeth Findlay – Director of The Queensland College of Art (QCA) at Griffith University

Darren Thomas – Darren’s freelance career has evolved through a range of media fields – Video, Animation, Visual Effects & Photography

Isaac Reed – Talented saxophonist and CHAC 2020 alumni currently studying at the Conservatorium of Music

Our guests will discuss their professional journeys and the various ways students can use their creativity to pursue rewarding, meaningful careers.

The session will dispel myths and equip students and their families with a survival guide to help them understand industry realities and navigate their future study and training options.

We look forward to presenting these wonderful speakers to our College community as part of CHAC’s 35th Year Anniversary celebrations.
