It has been a busy first term for Representative Sport, with a number CHAC students earning selection in representative teams.
Congratulations to Sam Pittorino (Year 12), for his selection in both the Australian Beach Volleyball team and the Australian Indoor Volleyball team. Sam will compete at the Arafura Games, an international sporting event, to be held in Darwin during May. This is a significant achievement only offered to the players in the Australian Junior Men’s Development Program.
Hannah Hammill (Year 11) placed 6th at the Queensland Triathlon Championships at Hervey Bay on the weekend. As a result, she has been selected for the Queensland team and will compete at the National Championships in May. Congratulations Hannah.
