As we come to the end of Term 2, there are many things that we can reflect on and learn from. What were the highlights? What were the lowlights? What have we changed this term? What do we want to continue doing which we were not doing previously? What have we learnt to treasure? What is it which we now want to discard?
As we move into the holiday period, I would like to encourage you to take time contemplating these questions. Think about what your goals are as a family for Semester 2 and make a plan to assist in reaching these goals.
The next two weeks of Mindfulness Activities provide creative opportunities for your child to stop and reflect, find space, and breathe.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a safe, restful and refreshing break. I look forward to seeing you on our return in Semester 2.
