This term has seen some great warm-weather activities. Even when the perfect conditions were threatened with some not so great weather, this didn't stop the children engaging in our Active Outdoor program. We have really been encouraged by the seniors who have enjoyed going over to the junior playground to help with some of these activities. Well-done seniors!

For Advent this year, we are giving rather than receiving and have started revealing collection items for our 'Reverse Advent Calendar', which will support the Christmas Food Bank Appeal. Each week, the children remove a date from the calendar to reveal the suggested item for donation, then we display it for everyone to see. An email will also be sent to everyone communicating which food item is being collected that week. Families are welcome to donate as often as they like.

We encourage our College family and friends to get involved in this worthy cause and support the work of the Food Bank as they bless Queensland families in need, especially at Christmas. The collection buckets are located in our main OSHC space in Primary. Every little bit will assist!
