Understanding the Eucharist - CHAC@5 13 June
The Eucharist, sometimes called Holy Communion, or The Lord's Supper, is the central act of worship in the Church that was instituted by Jesus. Next month, during the CHAC@5 Family Service, we will explore the origins of the Eucharist and why it is viewed with such reverence. It is increasingly common for people to attend churches that conduct Eucharist services, however, they may not have had an opportunity to understand the service and its significance. There will be an opportunity to ask questions about how the Eucharist is viewed within the Anglican Communion.
Anyone considering being Baptised, Admitted to Communion, or Confirmed, is strongly encouraged to come along at 5pm on 13 June in the College Chapel.
